Nintendo is offering special deals on Switch and Mario games for Mario Day 2019

The Mar10 Day sale starts today, March 10th, until March 16th.

Mario Day

Nintendo is celebrating this year’s Mario Day with special deals on Nintendo Switch and select Mario games.

Dubbed as the Mar10 Day sale, the promotion lets you purchase a bundle that includes a Nintendo Switch and one of 5 select games starring Mario for a price of only $329.99. Those 5 games are Super Mario Party, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Tennis Aces, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. This special bundle gives you a $30 discount, which amounts to 50 percent off one of the games.

“What better way to celebrate Mario Day than by playing some of the most popular Mario games on Nintendo Switch,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This promotion is a great option for consumers who want to pick up Nintendo Switch and some hit games at a value price.”

Mario Day deals

But if you already have a Nintendo Switch, you can definitely still take advantage of the Mar10 Day sale, as you can buy a digital download code to redeem in Nintendo eShop for the same 5 Mario games for only $39.99. Most of these games have a regular price of $59.99, so this promotion gives you $20 off.

The Nintendo Switch system + one Mario game deal promotion is now available in-store and online at Best Buy, Target, Walmart, GameStop, and Amazon, starting today, March 10th, until March 16th, or while supplies last. The discounted digital download codes of the 5 Mario games can also be bought from the same retailers except for GameStop.

Besides the Nintendo Switch and Mario games promotion, you can also redeem your My Nintendo points for some new Mario-themed rewards, including a March calendar and Mario Day wallpapers. Mario-themed invites, envelopes, and bingo cards are also available — perfect for those who are planning to throw a Mario Day party of their own.
