Playing cards company Cartamundi and Warner Bros. Consumer Products have teamed up for the first-ever hybrid physical and NFT trading cards based on iconic heroes, villains, locations, gadgets, and moments from DC Multiverse.

Launching today, DC Hybrid Trading Cards by Hro are giving fans the opportunity to own a physical trading card with an NFT component, bringing blockchain technology and physical in-store presence together for the first time. Each DC Hybrid Trading Card by Hro features a unique QR code that connects the physical card to its digital “twin” on the new Hro app.

A platform that combines the physical and digital world, the Hro app gives users access to a 24/7 global marketplace to collect, trade, and buy DC Hybrid Trading Cards. The Hro app also serves as a 360-degree fan engagement platform and community where fans can build their own collection of rare DC art, movie, and other memorabilia; explore DC content; compete on leaderboards and in challenges; and unlock money-can’t-buy rewards and experiences.

Beginning March 11th, fans can download the Hro app on the Apple App Store for iPhone devices, Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets, and on app.hro.gg for desktop.
