Mophie – a company known for its premium wireless charging accessories and battery packs – just announced four new products that aim to make wireless charging easier, faster, and more accessible.
Robert Johnson, the company’s general manager, says the new lineup was designed to offer “access to easy, fast wireless charging anywhere.”
The charge stream powerstation wireless and its XL are a universal, wireless version of Mophie’s powersation and powerstation XXL.
We recently reported on the powerstation lineup – an Apple-certified family of portable power banks designed for iPhone, iPad, and other products that use Apple’s Lightning cable technology. Reportedly, Mophie’s new charge stream powerstation lineup offers up to 48 hours of extra battery life, and also charges wired accessories.
A hands-free vent mount and desk stand also make the list of new products. The vent-mount is a wireless charger that can be fixed to your car’s air vent. Mophie says it’s designed to securely hold your Qi-enabled smartphone in either portrait or landscape mode. For home and work environments, Mophie created the desk stand. According to the company, this wireless charger delivers up to 10W of power on contact.
Each product except the desk stand is now available through Mophie’s official website. The $70 desk stand will be available sometime this fall.
