Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner is expecting her first child with Joe Jonas

This will be the first child for both Turner and Jonas

Sophie Turner will soon become a mom!

The 23-year-old actress, who is best known for her role as Sansa Stark on HBO’s Game of Thrones, is reportedly pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Joe Jonas.

“The couple is keeping things very hush hush but their friends and family are super excited for them,” a source told Just Jared, which was first to report the news. “Sophie has decidedly been choosing outfits to wear on and off the carpet to accommodate her changing body,” added another insider.

Turner and Joe, 30, tied the knot in May 2019 in Las Vegas following the Billboard Music Awards, where Jonas performed with his brothers Kevin and Nick. Turner and Jonas went to a local wedding chapel to exchange “I do’s”, with DJ Diplo sharing the ceremony with the world via Instagram Live.

In the footage, Turner was seen walking down the aisle in a $650 Bevza jumpsuit to the Dan + Shay’s song Speechless. The nuptial was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator with Kevin and Nick as witnesses. And since the couple didn’t have actual wedding bands at the time, Turner and Joe just exchanged Ring Pops as a symbol of their love for each other.

A month later, Turner and Jonas wed in a more formal ceremony at Château de Tourreau in Sarrians, a commune in Provence, France.

Turner will be next seen in Survive, a new Quibi series based on the novel of the same name by Richard Abate. Also starring The Walking Dead alum Corey Hawkins, the short-form series will premiere sometime this year.
