UNIQLO has set the release date for its second UT collection with the popular manga and anime series Jujutsu Kaisen.
The global apparel retailer announced on Monday that the second UNIQLO UT x Jujutsu Kaisen collection will be available in all UNIQLO stores in the U.S. and at UNIQLO.com starting June 27th. The apparel and accessories collab will also be sold overseas but launch dates will vary by region.
While the first UNIQLO UT x Jujutsu Kaisen collection features imagery from the legendary Jujutsu Kaisen manga, the second release boasts exclusive designs from the hit Jujutsu Kaisen anime series that originally aired on the Japanese TV channel MBS from October 2020 to March 2021. Outside of Asia, the MAPPA-produced, 24-episode anime is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
Comprised of six adults’ t-shirts and four kids’ t-shirts, the second UNIQLO UT x Jujutsu Kaisen collection features graphics inspired by some of the popular scenes from the anime, including the ending song with Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro’s Divine Dogs, a scene depicting Nobara Kugisaki using her Resonance, and the scene in which Satoru Gojo removes his blindfold to activate his Infinite Void domain expansion technique.
Though some of the kids’ t-shirts use the same graphics as the adults’, the former sports a different color scheme. Completing the collection is three pocketable tote bags with designs that match the look of the t-shirts.
The adults’ t-shirts are priced at $19.90 each, the kids’ t-shirts at $9.90, and the tote bags at $14.90. Check out the entire second UNIQLO UT x Jujutsu Kaisen collection below:
