It’s been a month since the PUMA x PEANUTS collection launched, and if you haven’t had the time to check out the extensive collaboration between the sports brand and the beloved comic strips in its entirety, here’s one of the standout items in the assortment that you shouldn’t miss.
Paying homage to the cartoon characters created by Charles M. Schulz, the PUMA x PEANUTS Future Rider sneakers feature a black leather formstrip with a white graphic print depicting Charlie Brown and his dog, Snoopy, playing around with a basketball.
Staying true to the shoes’ comic strip-themed design, the formstrip is also adorned with descriptive onomatopoeia like “PLOP!”, “Bonk!!”, and “Woosh!!” There’s also an illustration of Charlie on the tongue co-branding, and a graphic of Snoopy dribbling a ball on the insole.
Though the sneakers’ nylon upper and tonal suede overlays are all in black, contrasting hits of color arrive via a red TPU midsole piece and mustard yellow detailing on the collar lining and Federbein rubber outsole.

Another sneaker included in the adult’s PUMA x PEANUTS collection is the basketball classic Ralph Sampson. In addition to footwear, the collab also features comfy clothing pieces in classic PUMA styles for both men and women. Charlie, Snoopy, and Woodstock make an appearance on most of the apparel, while Lucy, Linus, and Sally adorn select items like the Women’s Crew Neck and Women’s and Men’s Tees.
Unlike the adult’s collection, which only spotlights the sports basketball, the kid’s lineup depicts the Peanut gang playing a wider range of sports, including baseball, soccer, and more. The kid’s collection includes items such as hats, backpacks, and classic T7 tracksuits for both boys and girls. Key footwear like the Mirage Mox and Ralph Sampson are also available in Junior, Preschool, and Infant sizing.
