HMD Global, makers of Nokia phones, has just announced its latest affordable 5G offering — The Nokia G300, and it’s very affordable.
Priced at just $199, the Nokia G300 is equipped with a Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 5G processor matched with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 1TB via MicroSD card.
The G300 boasts of a durable minimalist casing that’s able to handle the wear and tear of everyday use while keeping things slim and light. It also offers a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock as security options.
Housing a large 6.52-inch LCD screen, it delivers an HD+ resolution with a pixel count of 1600×720 and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
You won’t have to worry much about charging this phone’s 4470mAh battery as it’s supposedly able to last for up to two days on a single charge. This is thanks to the AI-assisted Adaptive Battery tech onboard that provides smarter power controls directed to where the user most needs it.
Imaging is taken care of by a triple-lens camera on the back and a single 8-megapixel camera on the front. The rear cameras are composed of a 16-megapixel main, 5-megapixel ultra-wide, and 3-megapixel depth. Additional features include image stabilization, OZO spatial audio, wind noise cancellation, and up to 60fps slow-mo recording.
