Monster High is finally coming back to screens with all-new content after a four-year hiatus. And to celebrate the October release of the franchise’s new live-action movie and animated TV series, Mattel has unveiled a new collection of Monster High dolls and playsets that will be available for purchase starting next month.

Monster High Draculara Doll
This Draculaura doll struts down the school hallways in a fang-tastic fashion featuring heart-print shorts, a corset blouse with sheer sleeves, a chic cape, ruffled stockings, pink platform shoes, and a headband and sunglasses with batty details. The doll also comes with a figure of her creepy-cute pet bat, Count Fabulous.
Monster High Clawden Wolf Doll
This Clawdeen Wolf doll looks awesome in her animal-print jumper, long-sleeve top with a crescent moon print, purple sneakers, a black purse and glam, golden glasses, and jewelry. For a fiercer look, fans can add a faux-fur vest to her outfit and make her pet cat, Crescent, join the fun.
Monster High Frankie Stein Doll
Dressed in a lightning bolt-printed blouse, stitch-detailed vest, and plaid skirt, this Frankie Stein doll has an electrifying presence. Standing with a prosthetic leg, the doll is rocking a pair of pink chunky platform sneakers that goes well with her varsity jacket. The doll allows fans to recreate their favorite Frankie Stein scenes with the character’s pet dog, Watzie.
Monster High Cleo de Nile Doll
Posh and fashionable, this Cleo de Nile doll is wearing a royal blue dress with mummy wrap-inspired sleeves, a chain belt, and a fringe jacket. Completing her ensemble is a pair of knee-high boots, a pyramid-shaped scarab-studded backpack, and glam, golden accessories.
Monster High Lagoona Blue Doll
Strutting an underwater-themed wardrobe, this Lagoona Blue doll is wearing a hot-pink hoodie with mesh sleeves and a tie-dye bike shorts romper. She completes her look with a sea monster-inspired waist bag, seashell backpack, color-block platform sandals, and freaky-fabulous fin details. The doll also includes a “metallic” fish scale-detailed swimsuit that she can wear while playing with her pet fish, Neptuna.
Monster High Deuce Gorgon Doll
Looking super cool in his bespoke denim jacket and graphic tee, this Deuce Gorgon (son of Medusa) doll wears a pair of snake-engraved shades that prevents him from turning people into stone with his gaze. This Amazon-exclusive doll also comes with a figure of his pet mouse, Perseus.
Monster High Toralei Doll
Featuring a plaid skirt with claw-mark details, a t-shirt with a cute cat graphic, and cropped moto jacket, this Toralei doll has a were-cat-inspired look, which comes complete with a chain belt, choker necklace, and white combat boots. The Walmart-exclusive doll also comes with a “Hissfits” t-shirt and backpack, a smartphone, and a figure of her pet saber-tooth tiger, Sweet Fangs.
Monster High Ghoulia Yelps Doll
Rocking a zombie-inspired look, this Ghoulia Yelps Doll is dressed in a pink vinyl skirt, a graphic t-shirt, and an oversized hoodie with a scary print. She completes her outfit with a beanie, glasses, and metallic combat boots. This Target-exclusive doll also comes with a skateboard, a handheld video game, a snack, a smartphone, and a figure of her pet owl, Sir Hoots A Lot.
Monster High The Coffin Bean Café Lounge Playset
Inspired by the hottest haunted spot in town for Monster High students to come after school, The Coffin Bead Bean Café Lounge Playset accommodates five Monster High dolls at a time, making it the go-to place for the ghouls to come together and chill. It also includes three play areas and over 20 individual pieces, offering endless opportunities for storytelling and world-building.
Monster High Draculaura Gore-ganizer Playset
This playset is actually a makeup box that comes with a compact mirror, comb, face stamper, stickers, and two life-size hair clips, which fans can use in styling themselves. Though not included in the playset, the Draculaura doll fits inside the makeup box, making the latter perfect for on-the-go play.
Where to buy the new Monster High dolls and playsets
With the exception of store-exclusive dolls mentioned above, fans can shop the entire 2022 Monster High collection on Amazon, Walmart, and Target, starting October 1st. Each doll costs $24.99, while each playset costs $42.99.
Timed to Mental Health Awareness Month in October, Monster High will also donate $1 to the nonprofit organization DoSomething for each Ghoulia Yelps doll sold at Target. These funds will support mental health initiatives for young people.
