Human Touch shows off ever so slightly more affordable massage heaven at CES 2022

It’s $8,000, but to be fair, the Human Touch Certus will make you forget about the money you just spent on it in like ten seconds

Human Touch has been one of the most popular exhibitors at CES for years now — specifically, with the folks actually walking the show floor the whole week. Countless bloggers and exhibitors have hopped in their Super Novo chair, a mega, feet-over-head massage chair that encloses just about the whole body and has its own sound system. It’s bliss, for however long they’ll let you lay in it. No wonder it’s $10,000! Well, this year, the Human Touch Certus is joining the Super Novo, and it gives you all that massage goodness for $2,000 less.

The Certus is a luxe massage chair that gets everywhere, kneading out knots from shoulders to feet. S- and L-track massage systems take care of the shoulders down to the thighs, while an extendable unit handles calves and feet. There are even rollers underfoot to help loosen up some of the tightness and internal scar tissue that can build up. Don’t want plantar fasciitis!

The Certus also brings over the LCD display from the Super Novo, and it still has a Altec Lansing speaker system you can use to play the most relaxing ambient music mix you can find, which might be hard because there are so many of them out there. If you have to get one that fits in with the decor, the Certus comes in black, white, brown, blue, and yellow.

But, you do lose some goodies for $2,000 less. Looks like the Certus will lack the variable speeds, easy-to-use knob control, and Alexa integration that you get in the more expensive Super Novo chair. Admittedly, not living in a world where you get to tell your chair to massage you, and it does, is hard to pass up.
