Though it’s been a month since the CDC recommended the wearing of cloth face coverings in public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of people are still not used to it. One of the most common reasons why some are having a hard time getting the hang of it is that cloth face masks can sometimes cause difficulty in breathing, especially if they’re made from thick and unbreathable material. If you’re looking for a face mask that won’t make you feel tight or uncomfortable while wearing it, then you might want to check out the zebra-themed PPE below.

Zebra print face mask

Made of two layers of rayon spandex, this face mask is very lightweight, breathable, and stretchable

$20

Featuring a classic zebra print on the front, this face mask is made of two layers of rayon spandex. For those who are not familiar with the fabric, rayon spandex is usually a blend of 95% rayon and 5% spandex. It’s very lightweight, breathable, and feels cool to the touch. Also, rayon spandex fabric typically has a four-way stretch with great recovery, meaning it can be strained both vertically and horizontally without staying stretched out.

Given its material’s stretchable quality, this face mask fits small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes. Washable and 100% hand-stitched, this PPE is currently selling for $20 each on Etsy.

As of writing, nine out of nine buyers who reviewed the face mask all left a five-star rating in the listing. That’s in addition to positive comments such as “very nice quality,” “comfortable style,” and “great mask comfort and construction.”

Though this face mask isn’t medical-grade, wearing it can still help slow the spread of the coronavirus, especially now that surgical masks and N-95 respirators are reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders.
