The new Wingstop Chicken Sandwich comes in 11 different flavors

The chicken sandwich is being tested in over 60 Wingstop locations in the U.S.

Wingstop Chicken Sandwich

Wingstop has officially joined the chicken sandwich war with the recent launch of the new Wingstop Chicken Sandwich.

Wingstop Chicken Sandwich flavor profile

Like the fast-food chain’s popular chicken wings, the Wingstop Chicken Sandwich is also made to order. A first in the chicken sandwich war, the crispy and juicy chicken breast of the Wingstop Chicken Sandwich can be hand sauced and tossed in any of the restaurant’s 11 flavors, including Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Mild, Original Hot, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Spicy Korean Q.

The Wingstop Chicken Sandwich comes complete with a buttery toasted bun and pickles, with customers having the option to take things one step further by dunking the sandwich into the chain’s iconic ranch.

Wingstop Chicken Sandwich availability

Unfortunately for chicken sandwich lovers, the Wingstop Chicken Sandwich is only available in select areas. As of May 16th, the sandwich is being tested in over 60 restaurants across Columbus, Ohio; Fresno, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Orlando Florida.

Furthermore, the sandwich is only available for a limited time, so curious snackers should try as many flavors as they can as soon as possible.

Wingstop Chicken Sandwich pricing

The a la carte Wingstop Chicken Sandwich costs $5.49, while the Wingstop Chicken Sandwich combo, which includes fries, a drink, and a dip, is available for $7.99.

During the first week of the test, customers ordering for delivery in the abovementioned test markets via Wingstop.com or the Wingstop app can cash in on a limited-time-only promotion of a free sandwich.
