Rick and Morty’s creator is coming out with a VR game called Trover Saves the Universe

Trover Saves the Universe will launch on the PS4 and PSVR on May 31st, followed by a PC launch on June 4th.

Squanch Games today announced that Trover Saves the Universe – dreamed up by Rick and Morty’s Justin Roiland – is scheduled to launch this May.

Designed for PC, PS4 and its VR accessory, Trove Saves the Universe follows the story of a character called Trover as he tries to help save your dog (and the universe!) after a “beaked lunatic named Glorkon” dognaps your pup in a bid to destroy the world. Throughout the duration of the game, you’ll be faced with your fair share of puzzles, combat, morally questionable choices, and of course comedic moments.

The creators remain mum when pressed for additional details, however, this 1-minute 40-second trailer does a better job of explaining the game than we can.
