In celebration of National Polka Dot Day, Disney-owned Instagram account Minnie Style is hosting a series of virtual sessions inspired by the polka dot-loving character Minnie Mouse.
Called 2022 Virtual Polka Dot Retreat, this online event will be led by a roster of talents who encompass Minnie’s fashionable, fun, and bold personality. Kicking off on Monday, January 31st, and ending on Friday, February 4th, this week-long lineup of Instagram live sessions will showcase what it means to be “Positively Minnie” through fun and uplifting programming that will leave participants feeling inspired.

National Polka Dot Day is celebrated every January 22nd of the year. And because Minnie Mouse is known for wearing a red dress with white polka dots, and often has a matching bow, the holiday has also been used to celebrate the character since 2016. In 2019, Disney launched Minnie Style so fans can celebrate National Polka Dot Day in their best Minnie Mouse attire.
