Lenovo officially announced its lightest ThinkPad yet — the ThinkPad X1 Nano and it clocks in at just 907 grams.
Starting from its display, it features a 13-inch Dolby Vision 2K panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio as well as 100% sRGB for added clarity and color accuracy. For those who are more comfortable browsing the web with touch-enabled screens, you’d be glad to know that there are touchscreen options available for the X1 Nano. Inside, it packs up to 11th-gen Intel Core i7 processors with Intel Iris X graphics.
There are a total of four speakers on the laptop which boast support for Dolby Atmos to achieve a more immersive audio experience. These work in tandem with four 360-degree microphones to ensure your voice is heard loud and clear for today’s audio and video calls.
The ThinkPad X1 Nano is also equipped with a suite of AI and biometric ThinkShield security features. And for reliable connectivity, a Thunderbolt 4 for fast, single cable connection to power, monitors, storage, and other external devices is available.
The OS department could both run either a Windows 10 Pro or Ubuntu Linux OS and the laptop features optional 5G to be able to future-proof your laptop. With all these functions and features squeezed into an ultralight and compact body, the X1 Nano is meant as the ideal laptop for today’s hybrid working world.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Nano is expected to be available relatively soon at some point in the fourth quarter. Prices are expected to start from $1,399.
