One of the biggest questions that science has not found a way to answer is if we are alone in the universe. However, many are claiming that the question has been answered but the government is keeping that answer secret.
The answer to that political question has once again been put into the political spotlight after a coalition of high-profile UFO whistleblowers publicly called on President Donald Trump to waive their lifelong government nondisclosure agreements. Their goal is to finally drop the legal shackles and reveal what they know about extraterrestrial life directly to the American public and, by extension, to the entire world.
Heavyweight insiders ready to talk
This is not just internet speculation. The group features some of the biggest names in recent UAP history:
- David Grusch: The former Air Force and intelligence officer who testified to Congress in 2023 about decades-old crash retrieval programs. Grusch claims he has seen photos and videos of recovery operations, including craft and “non-human occupants” with his own eyes, and is ready to deliver a full accounting to the White House.
- Matthew Brown: A defense industry contractor who blew the whistle on “Immaculate Constellation,” an alleged secret program collecting government-wide UFO data. Brown noted his lifetime NDA blocks public disclosure without written White House authorization, calling on Trump to reset human history by confirming “we are not alone.”
- Dylan Borland: An Air Force veteran who testified in 2024 about watching a massive triangular UFO hover over a NASA hangar before vanishing in a flash. Borland stressed that Trump needs to “rip the Band-Aid off” and confirm recovered materials and biological entities.
Filmmaker makes passionate plea
According to filmmaker and advocate James Fox, all these heavyweight insiders need is a single stroke of the president’s pen to grant them immunity.
He noted that this is the first time in history that a direct public plea is being made to the president to have their NDAs waived and have them protected. Fox insisted that everyone is entitled to know that we’re not alone.
“You’ve got some heavyweight whistleblowers willing to reveal what they know. All they need is immunity from the president. Just the stroke of a pen. He’s got the authority to do it,” said Fox.
Even lawmakers are stepping in
The public plea is drawing strong reactions on Capitol Hill. Missouri’s Rep. Eric Burlison praised the potential move, stating Trump has the chance to become the most consequential leader in modern times by continuing his transparent approach.
Meanwhile, Florida’s Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, chair of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, emphasized that her top priority remains protecting whistleblowers who are terrified of retribution.
Currently, the Trump administration has established the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UFO Encounters. This move allows personnel to report UFO data to the federal government. However, the law still does not yet allow whistleblowers to come directly to the public with what they know.

President Trump’s administration has been arguably the most transparent when it comes to extraterrestrial life. The administration has released a batch of previously classified files and these files have, more often than not, point to the fact that we are not alone. There have even been reports of Trump telling people in private settings that aliens exist. But still, the administration has more to do when it comes to finally answering the big question.
With whistleblowers lined up and ready to spill the beans, all eyes are on the White House to see if the ultimate UFO secret finally gets greenlit.
