Former Air Force intelligence specialist Dylan Borland claims the U.S. government is in possession of recovered non-human craft.
He made the assertion on a recent episode of Sean Hannity’s Hang Out with Sean Hannity podcast.
“Does the government have craft that have been recovered? Yes, they do,” Borland stated.
When Hannity followed up by asking whether he knew the claim for a fact and whether he was legally permitted to discuss it, the veteran answered both questions affirmatively.
Borland’s podcast appearance is the latest move in an escalating disclosure campaign. Just days earlier, he joined former Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch and Matthew Brown, the whistleblower behind claims of a secret government-wide UFO data program, in publicly urging President Trump to waive their lifetime NDAs, with Borland pressing Trump to “rip the Band-Aid off” and confirm recovered materials and biological entities.
That plea picked up a push begun months earlier at a bipartisan Capitol Hill press conference, where Grusch, Reps. Anna Paulina Luna and Eric Burlison and others called for whistleblower immunity and the release of records on alleged non-human encounters.
From Capitol Hill to cosmic theories
For Borland, who worked in geospatial intelligence and testified before Congress in September 2025, the podcast was the next step: a venue to lay out publicly what he says he knows. Why the visitors might be coming here is a different matter that he can only guess at.
Hannity suggested they might not be hostile and seemed to want something from us. Borland, however, has a theory: “It seems to do with genes, reproduction,” he said. “This is literally a hypothetical; maybe their planet’s dead and they’re coming here to replace us,” he explained.
UFO investigator Ben Hansen was also on the show. The conversation ranged from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to an alleged crash retrieval program. But it eventually returned to Borland’s own sighting at Langley Air Force Base in 2012.
He first described it in a statement to a House task force. “At approximately 0130 I saw an approximately 100-foot-long equilateral triangle fly from near the NASA hangar on base and come within one hundred feet of where I was standing,” Borland noted.
The craft made no noise and knocked out his phone. Its surface looked like it was moving. But after a few minutes it climbed away. “It rapidly ascended to commercial jet level in seconds,” he said. “It displayed zero kinetic disturbance, sound, or wind displacement.”
