It wasn’t that long ago that we heard BTS’ Suga reveal an all-new rendition of Samsung’s Over the Horizon theme song. The 10-year old melody was remixed and played during this year’s Unpacked event where the company revealed its latest foldables.
Now ARMY fans all around the world will be able to listen to the special track over and over again. It will exclusively be available on the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 5G‘s official website pages.
“It was an honor to work on a song that’s been part of Galaxy’s 10-year history. Everyone knows that it’s the Galaxy theme song just by its melody,” says Suga, “As the title ‘Over the Horizon,’ it’s about going beyond our limits. No one knows what will unfold, but our dreams make us go farther than ever.”
This isn’t the first time the theme has transformed, though. First introduced as a rock-themed ringtone, the melody has evolved over the years covering various genres including fusion jazz, orchestral pop, new age, and even Nordic orchestra.
Suga’s remix will also be available as a native ringtone for Samsung devices and will be introduced through an update later this September.
