Samsung has just made its all-new Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) tablet available online for purchase. A more affordable addition to the company’s tablet lineup, the 8.4” tablet boasts of a slim, compact design coupled with a vivid display, LTE connectivity, and long battery life, all for just $279.

It sports an 8.4-inch screen which gives a generous amount of space to work on documents, play games, or watch movies. The display is encased with a lightweight, solid metal design that houses dual speakers for an enhanced entertainment experience.

Internally, the tablet carries Samsung’s own Exynos 7904 chipset and is coupled with an octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM for optimum performance. It has 32GB of storage which can be expanded up to 512GB via memory card. The Galaxy Tab A also has LTE support for internet connectivity without the need for wi-fi.

At 5000mAh, the battery can last up to 10 hours on a single charge and is equipped with a fast-charging USB-C port for when the juice runs out. Additional features include an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, earphone jack, and support for the Galaxy S Pen.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4” (2020) is available now at Samsung’s official site and will be available at select carriers like AT&T, Sprint, and US Celluar in the next few weeks.
