The second half of the first season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will also premiere on the streaming service next month.

Noah Centineo and Black Summer

Heartthrob Noah Centineo is returning to Netflix with another romantic comedy film next month. Centineo, who starred in rom-com hits To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser, is again gracing the streaming service with his charm and pretty face in his brand new role as Brooks Rattigan in the new movie The Perfect Date (April 12th).

Directed by Chris Nelson, the flick follows Brooks who grabs an opportunity to make some extra cash by posing as the boyfriend of a self-assured girl named Celia Lieberman (Laura Marano). After realizing that he has a knack for being the perfect stand-in, he, with the help of his programmer friend Murph (Odiseas Georgiadis), launches an app selling himself as a plus-one for all occasions. Along the way, he meets the girl of his dreams, Shelby Pace (Camila Mendes). But when his business starts to boom, Brooks must reassess everything he was once sure of.

In addition to The Perfect Date, other original films premiering on Netflix next month include the Kiernan Shipka-Stanley Tucci horror film The Silence (April 12th), the Brie Larson-Samuel L. Jackson comedy Unicorn Store (April 5th), and Gina Rodriguez’s rom-com Someone Great (April 19th).

Netflix is also adding lots of non-original movies to its library next month. These include the 1967 classic Bonnie and Clyde (April 1st), and Oscar winners The Imitation Game (April 29th) and The Hateful Eight (April 25th). Surprisingly, the streamer is also adding a handful of fan-favorite horror flicks like Freddy vs Jason (April 1st), 2009’s Friday the 13th (April 1st), and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D (April 1st).

On the series front, zombie series Black Summer, a companion prequel series to Syfy’s Z Nation, is set to debut on Netflix on April 11th. Other original series premiering on the streaming service next month include anime series Ultraman (April 1st), South Korean series My First First Love (April 18th), and comedy series Special (April 12th).

A number of original series are also returning to the streamer next month. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Part 2 premieres on April 5th, Trolls: The Beat Goes On!  Season 6 on April 9th, and Samantha! Season 2 on April 19th.
