Montblanc recently announced the launch of the Summit 3 smartwatch, the latest luxury smartwatch to join their Summit collection. The launch will also give users a chance to experience Google’s Wear OS 3, the latest edition of the smartwatch OS.
Built with slightly updated innards compared to the Montblanc Summit 2, the wearable luxury product intends to continue impressing users with its hard-lined style and classic elegance, and according to Montblanc, the Summit 3 will have considerably better battery life than its predecessor.
This latest iteration of the signature Montblanc Summit luxury smartwatch series focuses on three new styles and personalization options: A titanium grey option with black calf and blue rubber straps, a titanium black option with black calf and black rubber straps, and a titanium bicolor option using the “Montblanc Extreme 3.0 British” green calf leather strap and black rubber strap.
To complement the new case and straps, the Montblanc Summit 3 also features new watch face themes. With watch faces such as the Geosphere and Bohème, users can retain the look and feel of “Montblanc’s traditional watchmaking heritage”.
The Montblanc Summit 3 is powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100+, a primary factor for its improved energy efficiency over its predecessor which ran on the Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset.
The smartwatch comes with step tracking, the ability to keep track of workouts, sleep, and it offers blood oxygen level monitoring functions.
The Montblanc Summit 3 retails for $1299.
