Heinz is taking this year’s Valentine’s Day celebration to a whole new level with an upmarket take on its classic ketchup.

On January 24th, Heinz debuted a new product called Ketchup Caviar. According to the product press release, Heinz Ketchup Caviar is a limited-edition delicacy made to perk up “any true ketchup lover’s Valentine’s Day meal.”

But despite being called caviar, this delicacy isn’t made with fish eggs. Instead, Heinz Ketchup Caviar is just ketchup in pearl form which is made possible through a proprietary molecular gastronomy technique.

“Heinz partnered with caviar specialists Jens Møller Products ApS to put care, love, and passion into making Ketchup Caviar, which is made with the ingredients and the process essential for creating the caviar pearl consistency,” a spokesperson for the brand said. “Ketchup Caviar is an innovation specially designed for ketchup lovers, giving you the delicious taste of Heinz Tomato Ketchup in each pearl. Every Heinz product is unique, so while Ketchup Caviar is not made in the exact same way as Heinz Tomato Ketchup, its taste and texture has been inspired by the thick and rich taste of Heinz Tomato Ketchup.”

The catch, however, is that Heinz Ketchup Caviar isn’t available in stores. Fans can get their hands on one of the 150 jars of the product by replying to the tweet below with the hashtags #HeinzKetchupCaviar and #Sweeps.

The sweepstakes will run until the end of the day on January 28th, after which 150 lucky winners will be picked via a random drawing. The winners will then be contacted via direct message on Twitter to get a delivery address for their 1.8-ounce jar of Heinz Ketchup Caviar — which should arrive by Valentine’s Day.

Though some may find Heinz Ketchup Caviar weird, there are actually a lot of people who love to score a jar of the limited-edition item. Check out their tweets below:
