Infinix has unveiled its first 5G phone — the Zero 5G. While no price has been announced, Infinix has assured that the Zero 5G is built to give users great value for their money.
Believing that display quality shouldn’t be compromised, Infinix has equipped the Zero 5G with a large 6.78-inch FHD+ panel offering a high 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Infinix’s Darl-Link 2.0 software ensures everything stays nice and cool while improving touch sensitivity and image stability.
Its slightly curved back offers a more comfortable grip and boasts a design that replicates the look and feel of glass. It comes in three colors: Cosmic Black, Skylight Orange, and Horizon Blue.
Running the show is a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G processor designed to bring smoother performance while remaining power-efficient. While not specific on the size, Infinix confirms UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM for the Zero 5G.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 and 2×2 MIMO technology that can reach top speeds of up to 1.2Gbps. Dual 5G SIM is also supported with intelligent switching to faster networks.
A triple camera setup can be found onboard and is composed of a 48-megapixel main with 30x ultra-zoom, 13-megapixel portrait, and 2-megapixel virtual camera. For selfies, the Zero 5G offers a 16-megapixel Dual Flash Light camera and enhanced AI technology for image enhancement even on video calls.
And finally, a 5000mAh battery powers the entire device. For top-ups, the Zero 5G supports 33W safe fast charging.
