To celebrate its 45th anniversary this year, Hello Kitty has partnered with Girl Skateboards for a collection of cute skateboarding merchandise.
Launched on Go Skateboarding Day, June 21st, the Hello Kitty x Girl Skateboards line includes skateboard decks, complete skateboards, conical wheels, shirts, jackets, hoodies, caps, enamel pins, and stickers.

The skateboard decks come in eight different designs, with each one being named after a professional skateboarder: Mike Mo Capaldi, Sean Malto, Jeron Wilson, Rick Howard, Rick McCrank, Brandon Biebel, Andrew Brophy, and Mike Carroll. Featuring cool and retro Hello Kitty-themed 8-bit design, these skateboard decks sell from $55 to $71 each.
Meanwhile, the complete skateboards included in the collection are only available in two designs: the Mike Mo Capaldi and the Sean Malto. Both complete skateboards retail for $89.95 each.
Available in blue, red, and yellow colors, the collection’s 55mm Hello Kitty conical wheel sells for $36 each.
On the apparel front, the collection’s polo shirt, which is available in white and red colors, retails from $34 to $60 each. These polo shirts are finished with a button down placket and a Girl Skateboards x Hello Kitty embroidered patch.
Also included in the collection are the Hello Kitty Push Tee and the Hello Kitty Rainbow Tee. Available in blue, white, and black, the Hello Kitty Push Tee features a small skating Hello Kitty chest hit on the front and an old school graffiti design on the back.
The Hello Kitty Rainbow Tee, on the other hand, features a small Girl Skateboards logo on the front and a big retro 8-bit rainbow design on the back. The Hello Kitty Rainbow Tee is available in red, white, and black colors. All these tees sell from $23 to $28 each.
A long-sleeved variant of the Hello Kitty Rainbow Tee is also available for $34. It comes in yellow and black colors and features the Girl Skateboards logo on the front and Hello Kitty-themed 8-bit designs on the back and on the sleeves.
The collection also includes a Hello Kitty red coaches jacket that retails from $55 to $80, and a Hello Kitty hoodie that sells from $48 to $57.
Completing the collection is a Hello Kitty enamel pin priced at $10, a Hello Kitty sticker pack that sells from $15 to $17, and a Hello Kitty snapback cap that retails for $24 to $31.
The Hello Kitty x Girl Skateboards collection is available at the Sanrio Online Store and at the Girl Skateboards website. Sanrio sells the merchandise at a higher price than Girl Skateboards, but all U.S. orders placed via the Sanrio Online Store are free shipping.
