Take your date around the world with Zoosk’s latest first-to-market offering that allows users to experience virtual dates in the most popular places in the world,

The social dating site recently took a survey that resulted in data showing that half of singles in the US are open to virtual dates just as much as in-person dates, even when safety and social distancing restrictions are eventually lifted.

“Zoosk Great Dates is part of our commitment to more meaningful online dating. The feature is ideal for singles hungry for more authentic, easier ways to connect,” said Eric Eichmann, CEO at Zoosk

Zooks Great Dates allows two singles to go on a date and discover the local scene of world-famous locations like Athens in Greece, Naples in Italy, or Kyoto in Japan.

The service was created with travel company Withlocals and offers interactive content to ease the awkwardness of first dates or first video dates. These include things like icebreaker prompts and questions to move the tour forward.

The company plans to add more locations and experiences over time. Currently, Zoosk Great Dates Is available as a free perk for Zoosk subscribers in the US.
