Where to get the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G for free

AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon are all offering some pretty sweet pre-order deals

While it’s true that the just-announced Galaxy S20 FE 5G was made as a more affordable Galaxy S20, its features and specs are nothing to scoff at. It boasts a pro-grade triple camera setup with up to 30x zoom and a 32-megapixel selfie camera, a large 4,500mAh battery for more efficient power consumption, and a handful of different colors. Here’s where to get the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FE) for free as pre-orders begin today, September 24th, at most carriers.

AT&T

AT&T is offering the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G for free when new or existing customers trade in an eligible device and purchase the S20 FE on a 30-month 0% APR installment plan. Additionally, you have to choose between adding a line or upgrading an existing line on an unlimited wireless plan.

The company assures that apart from accessing its 5G network for free, subscribers can also enjoy HBO Max with the AT&T Unlimited Elite plan.

Pre-orders will be available starting September 24th.

Verizon

It’s a buy-one take-one situation at Verizon. Customers can buy a Galaxy S20 FE 5G UW for $699.99  and get the same amount discounted on another Galaxy S20 UW as long as you add a new line and purchase the phone on Verizon’s Device Payment plan.

The retail price is $749 but Verizon says it will offer customers an instant $50-off discount. Meanwhile, discounts for the second S20 FE 5G will be applied in 24 monthly bill credits at $29.16 per month.

T-Mobile

Among the three carriers we mentioned here, only T-Mobile is having its pre-orders on September 25th. Created both for new and existing customers, there are two available deals to get your hands on the new Galaxy phone. One is to get the Galaxy S20 FE free with 24 monthly bill credits when adding a new line or switching to T-Mobile.

The other option is to get $500 off a Galaxy S20 FE 5G or any of the latest Samsung 5G flagship smartphones with 24 monthly bill credits upon trading in an eligible device.

On top of those two deals, you can alternatively opt to pick up the phone for $29.17 month for 24 months via T-Mobile’s no-interest Equipment Installment Plan.
