POCO has just announced its latest speedster, the POCO X3 GT and it’s priced at just $299.
Branded as the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G in China, the POCO X3 GT features a MediaTek Dimensity 110 chip. Equipped with Arm Cortex-A78 cores as well as Arm Cortex 155 cores and combined with a nine-core Arm Mali GPU, the POCO X3 GT is ready to take on heavier loads of more demanding users.
Keeping the phone cool is POCO’s flagship LiquidCool Technology 2.0. It’s also equipped with dual SIM card slots, UFS 3.1 storage, Wi-Fi 6 support, and carries a 5G modem for faster connectivity speeds.
The POCO X3 GT comes in two variants — 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256 RAM.
Debuting on the POCO X3 GT is 67W Turbo Charging. With this feature, the device’s 5,000mAh battery can go from 0 to 100 percent in just 42 minutes.
The fast charging speeds will come in handy to power the various premium features on the X3 GT. Apart from powering next-gen speeds of 5G, it’s also equipped with a 120Hz screen with DynamicSwitch that intelligently adapts different refresh rates to save battery.
The screen is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus which is highly resistant to drops and scratches compared to previous iterations. This is a first for a POCO phone.
Imaging is handled by its triple-camera system headlined by a 64-megapixel main. It’s supported by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and 2-megapixel macro for depth.
Features included with the POCO X3 GT are Pro Time-Lapse, real-time bokeh video, HDR video recording on both front and rear cameras, and more.
The POCO X3 GT comes in two variants — 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. It’s expected to launch with a retail price of $299 and $329 respectively. There will be three available color options — Stargaze Black, Cloud White, and Wave Blue.
The POCO X3 GT will soon be available in markets around the world including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.
