Adding to its recently released 5 and 6-series TVs with Google TV, TCL has just launched a new peripheral to help its users stay connected to loved ones. The new Full HD USB Camera is designed to work exclusively with TCL  Android or Google TVs. This means that users will be able to video chat with friends and family straight from their TV.

Setting up the device is as simple as plug-and-play. Once connected via a USB cable, users will be able to use the camera with Google Duo. A directory will provide the user’s contacts or groups for easy access and features include picture-in-picture and support for Google Assistant commands.

Calls can be one-on-one or with a group. With end-to-end encryption, users are assured of security and privacy.

TCL’s Full HD USB Camera will retail for $79.99. There is no word on availability yet.
