Who created Fluid?
The Fluid dating app is developed by Haven Labs and is inspired by Rebel Wilson’s own journey of discovering love.
“You shouldn’t have to tick a box to define yourself or your sexuality. Love is much more complex and nuanced than that,” said the actress, who is best known for her roles in the movies Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect. “I know firsthand how difficult it is to navigate the dating world, especially when you don’t fit into traditional labels. That’s why I created Fluid. No other app gives people the freedom to just themselves, wherever they’re at on their journey, and explore new possibilities in a safe space without categorization. The launch of the Fluid dating app comes eight months after Wilson publicly came out on Instagram in June 2022. “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,” the actress wrote in a post revealing her relationship with Ramona Agruma.

The Fluid dating app is free to download on the App Store for iOS users. There’s no word yet on whether it will be available on Google Play Store for Android users in the future.
