A gaming laptop with powerful graphics and a gorgeous OLED display can easily set you back more than $2,000. But Lenovo is making that upgrade a little easier on your wallet. The Legion 5i Gen 10 with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics is now $1,500, down from its original price of $2,374.
The laptop also packs an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, a 165Hz OLED display, and fast DDR5 memory, making it a great fit for college students, content creators, and professionals. You can play your favorite games, edit videos, work on creative projects, and multitask without needing separate machines for work and entertainment.
Why Choose the Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 10 Laptop?
The Legion 5i Gen 10 runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor, with performance cores reaching speeds up to 5.2GHz. Paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU with 8GB of GDDR7 memory, it has the hardware to handle modern PC games, demanding creative applications, and graphics-intensive workloads. Even better, the RTX 5060 supports NVIDIA’s DLSS technology, which can help improve frame rates in supported games.
For display, this Lenovo laptop features a 15.1-inch WQXGA OLED screen with a sharp 2560 x 1600 resolution. The screen also supports a 165Hz refresh rate, which helps fast-moving action look smoother, especially in competitive games where quick reactions matter.
Gamers and creators will appreciate the display’s 500-nit brightness, HDR 600 True Black certification, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. These features help deliver vibrant colors and detailed images, whether you’re exploring an open-world game, watching a movie, or editing photos and videos.
This configuration also includes 16GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, enough for gaming, everyday multitasking, and many creative tasks. Its 512GB PCIe Gen4 SSD offers fast storage for Windows, applications, and games. However, modern games can take up a lot of space, so you may eventually want additional storage if you plan to keep a large game library installed.
On the connectivity side, the Legion 5i supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, giving you access to newer wireless standards when paired with compatible devices. It also features a 24-zone RGB backlit keyboard, allowing you to customize the lighting to match your gaming setup.
For video calls and online classes, you get a 5MP webcam with dual microphones and an electronic privacy shutter. The laptop also includes an 80Wh battery, Windows 11 Home, and an Xbox Game Pass offer, making it an all-around gaming and productivity machine.
At $1,500, the Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 10 offers a compelling mix of high-performance hardware, especially with rising PC component prices and rumors that NVIDIA will hike GPU prices. With $874 in savings, it’s worth a closer look if you’re planning to upgrade your gaming laptop and want hardware that can handle both work and play.
