LEGO Technic’s Monster Jam collection has just gotten bigger with two new monster truck building kits set to be released in early 2021.
These two additions are the LEGO Technic Monster Jam Max-D and the LEGO Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger.
Just like the original Max-D monster truck owned by Tom Meents, the LEGO Technic Monster Jam Max-D has spikes on the hood and back sides. It also boasts a rough metallic surface with fire graphics that add fierceness to its overall look.
The LEGO Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger, meanwhile, features a bendable flag ― which moves up and down ― and a pair of red headlights, just like on the real Grave Digger monster truck owned by Feld Entertainment.
Both the Max-D and Grave Digger LEGO Technic replicas are 2-in-1 toys. The LEGO Technic Monster Jam Max-D can be rebuilt into a pull-back quad bike, while the LEGO Technic Monster Jam Grave Digger can be transformed into an off-road buggy for longer and more fun playtime. Building instructions for the quad bike and off-road buggy can be found on LEGO.com.
Both monster truck replicas also feature pull-back action, allowing fans to recreate their favorite Monster Jam arena moment. Simply pull back and let go to send the toy trucks speeding along.
The Max-D building kit contains 230 LEGO pieces, while the Grave Digger set is comprised of 212 LEGO pieces. Both monster truck replicas will be available starting January 1st, 2021 from LEGO.com, LEGO stores, and other retailers globally for $19.99 each.
