White Castle is sliding into fall with a menu that feels more county fair than fast food. The chain just announced three limited-time items: a BBQ Pulled Pork Slider, Triple Cheese Tots, and a Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake on a stick. It’s a mix of smoky, cheesy, and sweet, and all of it is unapologetically crave-y.
The pulled pork slider is the big headline. Slow-roasted pork, hickory-smoked, slathered in a sweet-but-savory sauce that hits the right notes without going too heavy. The $4.99 combo meal makes it more interesting: two sliders, fries, and a drink. Fast food prices keep going up everywhere, so a meal deal that stays under five bucks feels like a throwback.
Tater tots aren’t new, obviously, but White Castle’s twist is. The Triple Cheese Tots come packed with cheddar, Colby Jack, and mozzarella—crunchy outside, gooey inside. You can eat them solo, split them with a friend, or just use them to bulk up the combo. They’re a side, but they sure don’t feel like one.
There’s a desert, too, if you can believe it. The Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake stick basically crams pumpkin spice, cheesecake, and coffee into one portable bite. The crust is a graham cracker with a little brown sugar. It looks like something you’d see on Instagram first, then grab a second one because the first disappeared too fast.
White Castle is also giving its loyalty members a reason to try everything. From Sept. 8 to 14, Craver Nation Rewards members can claim one free item — slider, tots, or cheesecake — during launch week. If you’re ambitious enough to check all three boxes, you get $2 off your next mobile order.
All three items are out now at participating locations. They won’t last long, so if pulled pork and pumpkin sound like your kind of fall, this might be the time to make a detour through the Castle drive-thru.
