Wendy’s is celebrating a major pop culture anniversary with a delicious twist on one of its classic menu items. In honor of 25 years of Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants, Wendy’s is releasing a limited-edition Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty. Wendy’s Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty
Wendy’s Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty is a refreshing twist on the classic Vanilla Frosty, featuring a swirl of Pineapple Mango puree for a tropical flavor boost. This marks the first time Wendy’s has introduced such a unique Frosty flavor innovation.
The new flavor was first hinted at in an Instagram post by food blogger Marcus Smith in September. He assured fans that this Frosty is more than just a Kelp Shake, promising it to be even tastier. Smith also revealed that the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty will temporarily replace the Vanilla Frosty throughout the promotion, running from October 8th to November 11th at participating Wendy’s locations in the United States, Canada, and Guam.
Wendy’s Krabby Patty Kollab Burger
To complement the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, Wendy’s is also introducing a limited-edition Krabby Patty Kollab Burger. This special creation features a quarter pound of Wendy’s fresh, never-frozen beef, two slices of American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and a secret Krabby Kollab sauce all served on a toasted premium bun. Like the Frosty, the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger will be available from October 8th to November 11th.

The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty and the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger are part of the bigger Krabby Patty Kollab, a groundbreaking initiative led by Nickelodeon and Paramount that will introduce food items inspired by the legendary SpongeBob SquarePants Krabby Patty to menus for the first time. Wendy’s serves as the exclusive quick-service restaurant brand in the program.

Los Angeles Fans Get a First Taste of Wendy’s Krabby Patty Kollab
Starting October 7th and 8th (a couple of days before the official launch of Wendy’s Krabby Patty Kollab), fans in Los Angeles can enjoy an exclusive first taste of the Spongebob-inspired meal through a special drive-thru experience in Panorama City.
