The second-generation Shure AONIC 215 has just been announced and it aims to offer an even more heightened listening experience than its predecessor. To that effect, the Shure AOINIC 215 True Wireless Sound Isolating Earphones – Gen 2 is designed to provide the same level of quality of in-ear monitoring that professional artists use on stage.
The second-gen AONIC 215 features a comfortable and secure fit, ideal even for high-intensity workouts while offering high-quality audio and up to 37dB of noise cancellation. Users will be able to enjoy video and voice calls with the device’s enhanced microphone placement mated with ideal mute control.
To tackle volume, the AONIC 215 is equipped with two customizable buttons on the device itself, making it easy to access volume, playback, and phone call controls at any time. The buttons are also individually customized so users have more flexibility with their commands.
Shure’s latest offering also continues the modular design that its users have come to know and love. With the proper accessories, the AONIC 215 can easily be transformed from wireless to wired and vise versa. It’s also extra versatile with its IPX4 sweat and water resistance and offers up to eight hours of battery life on a full charge. The included case offers an additional three extra charges which total 32 hours of battery life, overall.
Shure’s AONIC 215 True Wireless Sound Isolating Earphones – Gen 2 are now available and are offered in either Black or Blue. It retails for $179 but there’s also a bundle that includes the True Wireless Secure Fit Adapter for $229.
