LEGO is tapping into the internet’s long-running love for cats with a new display set designed specifically for adult builders. The company has officially opened preorders for the LEGO Ideas Orange Cat, a highly detailed brick-built feline that’s set to launch on March 1.
As part of the Ideas lineup, the Orange Cat is a fan-designed model that blends lifelike details with customizable features. It’s aimed squarely at cat lovers, collectors, and LEGO fans looking for a relaxing, display-first build.
A Lifelike LEGO Cat Made for Display
The Orange Cat set is designed to feel more like home decor than a traditional toy. Standing over 12.5 inches tall once completed, the model captures the familiar look of an orange tabby. It features detailed markings and textured fur built entirely from LEGO bricks.
With 1,755 pieces, the set offers a slower, more immersive building experience. LEGO positions it as a mindful project, whether you’re new to adult LEGO sets or already deep into the hobby.
Fully Poseable and Customizable
