Apple has been on a roll since unveiling the iPhone 18 Pro in September, introducing several new products across its lineup. Among its latest releases are the AirPods 5 with Active Noise Cancellation, which bring improved sound, smarter AI features, and better noise cancellation.
Even better, Woot has already dropped the price from $130 to $120, giving you a chance to save $10 on Apple’s newest earbuds. They’re a practical choice for iPhone users who want comfortable earbuds for music, calls, workouts, and everyday listening without dealing with the silicone seal on the Pros.
Why Choose the Apple AirPods 5 With ANC?
Apple redesigned these earbuds’ acoustic architecture and added next-generation Adaptive EQ to deliver richer, more balanced audio. You get personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, which creates a surround-sound effect that makes music, movies, and compatible games feel more engaging. It’s particularly useful when you’re watching a movie on your iPhone or iPad and want a more theater-like listening experience.
The AirPods 5 also feature improved Active Noise Cancellation that reduces distracting sounds so you can focus on your music, podcasts, or phone calls. Plus, Adaptive Audio blends noise cancellation with Transparency mode to adjust how much outside sound you hear.
Apple kept the familiar open-ear design from its predecessors, making the AirPods 5 a good option for people who prefer earbuds without silicone tips. They also carry an IP57 dust, sweat, and water resistance rating, providing protection against dust, rain, and sweaty workouts.
Battery life is solid for daily listening, with up to four hours of playback on a single charge with Active Noise Cancellation enabled. The included charging case extends that to up to 20 hours of total listening time, giving you extra power throughout the day.
The case also features USB-C charging and a compact design that slips easily into your pocket or bag. That makes the AirPods convenient for travel, commuting, and everyday use, without the bulk of a charging case.
Additionally, these earbuds offer multiple smart features powered by Apple Intelligence and Siri AI. You get features like Live Translation to communicate across supported languages and Voice Isolation, which reduces background noise so people can hear you more easily during calls. The improved Siri assistant also lets you ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and handle everyday tasks without reaching for your phone.
With improved noise cancellation, personalized sound, AI-powered features, and a comfortable open-ear design, the Apple AirPods 5 offer plenty of useful features for everyday listening. At $120, Woot’s $10 discount makes them more affordable for anyone who wants Apple’s latest wireless audio features without paying full price.
