Tiny house maker ESCAPE Homes has unveiled the first limited-edition custom design for its new all-electric, mid-century modern tiny house called ESCAPE N2.

Inspired by modernist architect Richard Neutra, ESCAPE N2 is a smaller, portable version of ESCAPE N1 and is designed specifically for the upcoming expansion of ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village.
With less than 400 square feet of living space, this “smart” tiny house has a single-floor design that features voice-activated lights and temperature control. It is built with a steel roof that comes with a 40-year warranty and a maple composite flooring that looks so squeaky clean.
ESCAPE N2 boasts a clean steel exterior, a front porch with a ring doorbell, and a 20-foot wall of glass doors that open, including in the private bedroom. Aside from the built-in queen-size Serta Perfect Sleeper hospitality-level bed with nightstands, the bedroom is also furnished with designer honeycomb blinds, double-tall closets, under-bed drawers, USB outlets, opening windows, and a large bookshelf.
The kitchen features a smartphone-controlled stove with an electric cooktop and convection oven that can also serve as an air fryer. All appliances in the kitchen are from the brand Energy Star and include a stainless dishwasher, a venting M/W, and a tall stainless refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. There’s also a deep stainless sink with a designer faucet and custom white cabinetry and shelves, which make the kitchen look clean and organized.
ESCAPE N2 also has a full-size bathroom with a frosted full-light door, 60-inch tile shower, stone vanity with designer faucet, and Toto toilet. The bathroom comes complete with a low sohn exhaust fan, large mirror, LED lighting, linen closet, towel bars, and storage cabinet and drawers.
The living area, meanwhile, features a large sectional couch, a huge opening window wall, book shelf, LED lighting, and Smart TV. There’s also a laundry center with washer/dryer and folding area.
“ESCAPE N2 is perfect for all kinds of uses, including a private personal haven, Airbnb or rental unit, or separate guest house or ADU,” said ESCAPE Homes founder Dan Dobrowolski of the limited-edition tiny house.

Citing ESCAPE Homes’ fondness for playing with architecture, Dobrowolski said that the company is “only going to build a few” ESCAPE N2 “during the year and each one will be a bit different.”
