With locations launching in major cities across the United States, Chuck E. Cheese is proving that arcade nights aren’t just for kids anymore—they’re for the kid in all of us. Here’s everything you need to know about Chuck’s Arcade.
Chuck’s Arcade: Where Nostalgia Meets Next-Level Play
Chuck’s Arcade is a reimagined tribute to the iconic games and devoted fans that helped define Chuck E. Cheese’s legacy. For nearly 50 years, the brand has been a destination for top-tier arcade action, and now, that spirit is evolving into something entirely new.
With Chuck’s Arcade, that same passion for high-energy fun lives on, updated for today’s generation of gamers. The lineup includes everything from cutting-edge racing simulators and immersive virtual reality to blockbuster titles like Jurassic Park, Halo, and Connect Four Hoops. It’s a high-tech playground designed to thrill.

But this isn’t just about what’s new—it’s also a celebration of what came before. A carefully curated selection of retro greats like Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Mortal Kombat, Donkey Kong, and Centipede brings a wave of nostalgia for longtime arcade lovers, offering a chance to chase those high scores all over again in a sleek, modern setting.
In a nod to its heritage, each Chuck’s Arcade is watched over by a familiar face—animatronic icons like Chuck E. Cheese or members of Munch’s Make-Believe Band. This time, however, they’re no longer performers, but silent symbols of the brand’s storied past

The experience doesn’t stop at the games. Many locations also feature a prize counter stocked with old-school merch and, of course, mountains of candy. Some venues even include food service, and for the now-adult fans, a menu that includes alcohol options tailored to grown-up tastes.
While kids are allowed at Chuck’s Arcade, they’re not the primary audience. According to Fox 5 Atlanta, kids are welcome at Chuck’s Arcade, but the venues largely attract older teens and adults, and the game setups are geared toward more mature players.

“Chuck E. Cheese has spent decades mastering the arcade experience — it’s in our DNA,” said David McKillips, CEO of Chuck E. Cheese, in a press release. “Thanks to the expertise of our talented technicians and the successful transformation of almost 500 fun centers worldwide, we’ve built the operational and creative foundation to take our brand beyond our traditional four walls. Chuck’s Arcade™ is a natural evolution — an opportunity to extend our arcade legacy into new formats that engage both lifelong fans and a new generation through a curated mix of retro classics and cutting-edge experiences.”
