Losing an hour of sleep isn’t exactly anyone’s favorite part of spring.

Burger King knows it.

The chain is running a week of breakfast giveaways from March 8 to March 14, coinciding with Daylight Saving Time. For seven days, members of Burger King’s Royal Perks rewards program can unlock a different free breakfast item each morning as long as they spend at least $3 through the app or online.

To claim each day’s offer, members should check the ‘Offers’ tab in the BK app, select the deal, and add it to a mobile order or redeem it for in-restaurant pickup. Deals are app and bk.com exclusive.

The offers rotate through most of the chain’s breakfast menu.

Sunday starts with a Breakfast Burrito Jr. The next morning, it’s a Croissan’wich, followed by a medium iced coffee on Tuesday—a useful one if the time change hits hard.

The rest of the week keeps the pattern going.

There are French Toast Sticks on March 11, large hash browns on March 12, and a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit on March 13. Plus a bonus for coffee lovers: small hot coffees are discounted to 150 Crowns (instead of the usual 200) for Royal Perks members.

Then Burger King leans into the calendar.

March 14 is Pi Day, so the final deal requires a $3.14 purchase instead of the usual $3. Anyone who hits that total can pick between a Hershey’s Sundae Pie or a Cinnamon Apple Pie.

The breakfast promotion isn’t the only thing the company has planned this month.

On March 17, Royal Perks members can also grab large onion rings for $2 as part of a one-day St. Patrick’s Day offer.

For anyone still adjusting to the clock jumping forward, Burger King’s pitch is simple: if you’re going to be tired anyway, you might as well get breakfast out of it.

Point to be noted: Most free breakfast items are available only during breakfast hours—typically from restaurant opening until around 10:30 a.m. local time—while the Pi Day pies on March 14 are redeemable all day
