AT&T improves their Unlimited Elite plan and International Day Pass

AT&T upgrades Unlimited Elite plans with no more data slowdown

AT&T International Day Pass

AT&T has announced that it will update two of its most popular services — the AT&T Unlimited Elite and the AT&T International Day Pass.

The Unlimited Elite plan, which goes for $35 per month for 4 lines, now offers unthrottled data speeds. According to AT&T, data speeds will not slow down no matter how much data has already been consumed.

Customers will be notified via text once the benefit is available to them. This upgrade is added at no extra cost and will be done for Elite customers automatically.

Additionally, customers on this plan will have their mobile hotspot data increased from 30GB to 40GB at no extra cost. Video streaming resolution has also been upped to 4K UHD.

The Unlimited Elite plan will have AT&T ActiveArmor security which offers around-the-clock network security features like fraud call blocking and spam alerts. Additional features can be accessed through the AT&T Mobile Security app.

In addition to upgrading the Unlimited Elite plan, AT&T has also made changes to its International Day Pass.

The international Day Pass offers unlimited high-speed data, talk, and text in over 200 countries. For $10 a day, customers can enjoy the full speed of their plans, unlimited texts to the world, unlimited calls to the US, and over 200 more destinations.

Starting this week, AT&T will now only charge a maximum of 10 days for International Day Pass even if you stay longer. In addition to that, customers need only pay $5 for the International Day Pass for every additional line.

The International Day Pass will also automatically be available once customers arrive at a participating location. No extra sign-ups are needed, and data, calls, or texts can be used right away.
