Mobile World Congress in Barcelona isn’t just home to big tech news — there’s never a dearth of luxury designer/tech company pair-ups, and the biggest one at this year’s show is the new Tecno-Tonino Lamborghini partnership. They’re not content with just a special edition smartphone, either. This team-up is all gas, no brakes, producing not only a smartphone, but wireless earbuds, laptops, tablets, and even a desktop gaming PC.

Bringing a distinctly automotive flair to luxury design, Tonino Lamborghini has worked with Tecno to create a suite of devices that are sharp, angular, and dominated by red, black, silver, and gunmetal grey. The gaming PC embraces the Lamborghini vibe the most (and the usual gaming PC vibe, if we’re being honest), thanks to a transparent case that reveals bright red tubes inside the rig.

That gaming PC is called the Tecno Taurus, named after Tonino Lamborghini’s bull logo. It’s appropriately built for speed, using an Intel Core i9-13900HK CPU, a powerhouse processor with some cores operating at 5.4GHz speeds, plus an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 GPU (maybe not the speediest option, but hey, it’s in the 50 series!).

The Tecno Pova Metal is the smartphone representative, and features a unibody metal casing, which we don’t see nearly as often these days as we did a decade ago. The razor thin bezels and unified camera module on the back make this look like it’s a souped up Pova 8 Pro, but we’re not sure if the specs match that phone. The style gets a boost from an LED dot matrix on the back — it displays Tonino Lamborghini design elements by default, but can be used to display notifications or time, as examples.

Tecno has also confirmed that the lineup will include tablets and wireless earbuds that come with a charging case. We’re impressed by the cohesiveness — the same design touches can be found across all devices in the series, so if you’re digging the vibe, it’s possible to do a whole tech makeover with what Tecno is offering here. Credit to Tecno and Tonino Lamborghini for really crafting a whole series from the ground up, rather than pushing out a bunch of disjointed one-off devices. We’re not yet sure when these devices will become available, but we should know more in the months to come.
