Samsung has officially unveiled its latest flagship smartphones at Galaxy Unpacked, introducing the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra. The lineup leans heavily into AI features while refining hardware across the board, with preorders now live ahead of a March 11 release.

Pricing starts at $899.99 for the Galaxy S26, rises to $1,099.99 for the S26+, and reaches $1,299.99 for the S26 Ultra. Samsung is also offering a range of preorder incentives across retailers, including storage upgrades, trade-in credits, and bonus gift cards, depending on where you buy.

Refined Design and Displays

The Galaxy S26 lineup features a slimmer design than last year’s models, with aluminum replacing titanium. Display sizes vary by model, but all support adaptive refresh rates from 1Hz to 120Hz for smoother scrolling and improved battery efficiency.

The Galaxy S26 features a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, while the S26+ steps up to a larger 6.7-inch QHD+ panel. The S26 Ultra tops things out with a 6.9-inch QHD+ display and stylus support for productivity-focused users. Additionally, the S26 Ultra is the only model with “the Privacy Display,” a feature that darkens your screen so anyone beside you can’t see what’s happening.

Samsung Focuses on AI Across the Lineup

Samsung is positioning the Galaxy S26 series as a major step forward in personal AI. Each device integrates AI tools across the system, including support for Google Gemini and Perplexity alongside an updated Bixby assistant. The goal is to make everyday tasks like writing, searching, organizing, and editing feel faster and more intuitive.

Under the hood, all three models run on a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 4 for Galaxy chipset. The brand has also bumped the baseline specs, with every model starting at 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Cameras, Battery, and Colors

Camera systems vary by model. The Galaxy S26 and S26+ feature a triple-camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor, with an ultrawide and a telephoto lens. The Galaxy S26 Ultra steps things up with a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and dual telephoto cameras offering up to 5x optical zoom.

Battery sizes also scale with the devices. The S26 packs a 4,300mAh battery, the S26+ includes a 4,900mAh unit, and the Ultra reaches 5,000mAh with faster charging support. All Galaxy S26 models launch in cobalt violet, sky blue, black, and white, with additional exclusive colors available through Samsung.
