Crocs has found a new surface for its most divisive design: the back of your phone.

Fresh off recent runway appearances that gave the brand unexpected fashion credibility, the footwear brand recently partnered with Seoul-based label SLBS to launch a series of cases shaped like its classic clogs. They come complete with the signature perforated holes, which means, yes, you can decorate them with Jibbitz charms the same way fans dress up their shoes.

For Crocs, the collaboration is in step with its habit of turning ordinary products into conversation pieces. It’s part functional phone protection, part fashion joke. Online, though, reaction looks like a rerun of the Crocs shoe debate: some fans say it’s hilarious and already want one, while others wrote it off immediately as “ugly” or “ridiculous.”

For now, the cases are only available for Samsung Galaxy models, with pricing swings depending on where you shop. In the US, SLBS sells the Galaxy S25 cases for $69.99, while UK retailers like Selfridges list the Galaxy S25 version for £59, and Amazon offers the Galaxy S24 case for £26.41. An iPhone version is expected soon.

For fans ready to fully commit to the look, Jibbitz charms are available from Crocs or Schuh with singles starting at $4.99.

The cases join a crowded space of fashion-tech crossovers, from Rhode’s lip gloss case to mirror-backed versions from Casetify. But few are likely to divide opinion as sharply as these rubbery mini-clogs for your phone.
