1 million OnePlus 6 phones were sold in just 22 days

OnePlus is killing it

OnePlus 6

The OnePlus 6 has been such a smash hit that it has managed to sell one million hands in just 22 days since its launch. This record beats out the company’s previous record for the OnePlus 5T – the OnePlus 5T sold one million units within three months of its own launch. The limited edition OnePlus 6 Silk White model also sold out within a day of being released.

These stats are truly incredible at a time when much larger phone manufacturers are struggling to gain significant market share with their flagships.

“As always, our community has surpassed our expectations and we have them to thank for the overwhelming success of the OnePlus 6. We are touched by the trust that 1 million people have placed in us and are grateful for the loyalty they have displayed,” said Pete Lau, Founder and CEO, OnePlus.”

It’s not just that OnePlus is selling a lot of phones – but they also have a very passionate user base. To date, 15,000 people queued across 26 pop-ups in 11 countries across the world to purchase a OnePlus 6. The OnePlus 6 launch event also sold-out with over 1,000 tickets bought in under 10 hours, and their community is growing with over five million people worldwide.

We’ll have a full review of the OnePlus 6 up soon. Spoiler: It’s worthy of all of its hype.
