Taro is a delicious vegetable that serves as an excellent source of fiber, and McDonald’s must’ve known this when they launched the sweet taro pie in a selection of Asian countries. Taro may not be a popular pie filling in Europe of America, but in Asia, it can give apple pie a run for its money. We feel for the McDonald’s branches that don’t have this on their menu yet.
