#33 Nick Nolte
Known for his bad-boy reputation, Nick Nolte had a couple of brushes with the law. Back in 1965, Nolte was arrested for selling counterfeit documents and was given a 45-year prison sentence and a $75,000 fine. Though the sentence was suspended, the felony conviction negated his eligibility for military service.
Then in September 2002, the Prince of Tides actor was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Malibu, California. Tests later showed that he was under the influence of the psychoactive drug, GHB. Three months later, he pleaded no contest to charges of driving under the influence. He received three years of probation and was ordered to undergo alcohol and drug counseling with random testing required.
