British comedy-drama series Feel Good was renewed for a second and final season by Netflix in December 2020. The show’s sophomore run is slated to premiere sometime this year.

Based on a statement from series star and co-creator Mae Martin, it seems that Feel Good had always been envisioned as a two-season series. “I’m beyond excited to be able to return to the world of Feel Good, and to see Mae (Martin) and George’s (Charlotte Ritchie) love story through to the dramatic conclusion we had always planned,” said Martin last December. “I’m really deeply attached to this story and I’m so grateful to be getting back to work with the incredible team at Objective Fiction and our hilarious cast.”

Co-created by Martin and Joe Hampson, Feel Good follows a London-based comedian named Mae (Martin) as she navigates sobriety and a new relationship with her girlfriend, George (Ritchie).
